Found a used Leaning Post that will fit my perfectly. They want $450 is this a fair price?

Depends on the age and design of the leaning post. Size of tubing, rod-holders, storage, vinyl, etc.
Need more details to give an accurate answer, but quality leaning posts in general are not cheap.
