Have a buddy looking for a 70's-80's Mako (modified V style). Older motor ok....if it runs well.

1988 MAKO 20ft center console with 1996 200hp suzuki outboard. Has great tandem axle trailer with electric winch. comes with marine radio, depth finder and compass. Modified v - hull. Thanks Wevans! That's the perfect boat for my buddy, especially at 2500. He called and it was sold a week ago :smt010 . Tom's tip for classic makos is a great reference too. Definitly some possibilities there.

Just is case he finds a boat with no power..... Any displaced outboards floating around out there?

I JUST BURNED A 1978 MAKO THAT WAS BEYOND REFURBISHING, STRIPPED ALL THE USABLE GEAR AND SOLD, GOT MORE FOR THE GEAR THAN I WOULD HAVE THE BOAT AND TRAILER.
