We haven't had a lot of off-shore posts recently, so I thought I would add a second-hand report and update from the LA oil rigs.

Capt. Chaz Heller is a good friend of mine and operates Heller Highwater Charters out of Pensacola. Some of you have met Capt. Heller when he has fished club tourneys with me in previous years. The link below is to a report from last weekend when he ran to the oil rigs. It appears the fishing is still fantastic despite last year's events.

If ya'll would be interested in an off-shore speaker for a NFGFC club meeting I'm sure we can coerce him into visiting and bringing along some of his Okuma gear to raffle. His primary methods include vertical jigging and high speed trolling. If you're looking for a great off-shore trip give him a call.
