25% of paradise for sale

Time has come for me to sale my share of a piece of paradise at Keaton Beach.There are 6 of us who own a lot on Marina Drive,3rd lot on left 3 back from the point, on the lot are two building, One is the bunk house with 2 sets on bunk beds and sofa. The building is divided with about 1/3 being the kitchen with a stove and new fridge.The other building is the bath house with 1/3 being bathroom and the rest storage.There is a deck,rebuilt last year, with fish cleaning station and ramp down to floating dock, one barrel needs to be replaced,From the dock to the end of the pier is about a 1 1/2 minute boat ride.Now it gets even better. Also included in the sale is use of 17 foot carolina skiff with a 75 yamaha motor,radio,and gps.So you get a place at Keaton with a boat included to use.And now for the best part, the other guys hardly ever go. There are 2 lawyers,one insurance agent ,one mortgage broker,and one guy in the paving business. Two of the guys go about twice a year,at least one time in scallop season, and the other 3 go maybe once a year.We just email each other when we plan to go. I go mostly during the week about 10-12 times a year. The way this LLC is set up I and one other own 25% each,2 of the others split a share,12.5 % each, and two split 25%,20% and 5%. The group would not mind if who ever bought my share to split it with a friend for 12.5% each capping it off with 7 people. For the money end. The buy in would be $1500.00 to me and then around $1800.00 each quarter, interest is deductible,my share of taxes is around $800.00 and we put in $200.00 a quarter for utilities and repairs, I believe my share of the note is around %70,00.00 but if interested I can get all the exact details.
