First post --- Big Bend Rookie!

Hello Big-Benders! :D

I have recently moved to Lake City, and so find myself fitting in the Big Bend fishing arena, although I know jack-squat about it! :)

I recently talked to "Chalk" via the FSForum, and figured it was time for me to join this Forum as well... :lol:

I look forward to bs'ing, picking your brains, and maybe even catching a few fish :wink:

Welcome Rob,

When it comes to being a "rookie" you'll find a bunch of us here....some of us just been rookies longer than others :D

We'll do our best to "undo" any mis information, bad directions, character coruption, etc. that Chalk may have put on you. :wink:
"Good Judgement" comes from experience, ... and a lot of that..... results from "Bad Judgement".

Hey Rob. Welcome aboard. You got to Lake City just in time for the annual Battle of Olustee reenactment and festival. Lake City shuts down for anything else but the festival. They have a huge arts and crafts show. A street dance on Sat. night. Three to four thousand reenactors from all over the country go to that one. Recommend it highly.

BTW, I have a lot of family who live in Lake City. Anyone in the phone book with the last name Hillhouse is kin to me.
