Fishbites earning $$ on Redfish tour

Post by mrmike »

Below is a link to an article in the Ft. Meyers News Express. FYI we are sponsoring Mat Haag this year for the ESPN Redfish Cup...

Tight lines and safe journeys to all!

Oh yeah... the bait he is using are our Crab Fish'n Strips.

I have to agree with Chalk on this one :o That's about the dumbest thing I have ever heard a profesional fisher say about his or her prey :hammer: If they where so stupid, we wouldn't need the FishBites ta get them to bite!!!!

Yes, please be nice. Fishbites was gracious enough to sponsor BigBendFishing.Net for another year.

Didn't know I said anything unpleasant about FishBites :smt017 , my comments were directed to the professional fisherman.

I have used Fish Bites a grand total of one time to catch bait for CSMarine and myself..It worked, though it was old and fell apart pretty quick. It works

Anyone every see if a cat would eat it :smt115 , then you could sell it to the animal shelter to bait cat traps. I'll take 2% of the profit, it was my idea  :smt044

My cat ate a strip off of the hook when I left the pole laying in the boat still baited :o shore woulda hated ta see what would happen had she gotten hooked  I still use them when I know the fish are there and just not bitting, they will usualy take the bait with the FishBites added to it

Redfish are kind of a strange fish to me. Get one in some shallow water and they can be very spooky and hard to catch. Get 30-40 of them ganged up together and they can be VERY stupid. Kind of like teenagers.

BTW, I do think fishbites are a better Redfish bait than they are a Trout bait.
