lifetime license question

Post by smeseroll »

If I were to buy a lifetime sportsman license as a Florida resident for me and my family, and later move out of Florida, would our license still be valid for when we visit?

Yep, it's valid. I bought my son's when he was 6 months old and that was one of the questions I had.

Yes it's good. I bought 2 Lifetime Hunting & Fishing licenses for my children when they were less than 2 yrs old. My thought process was if they ever moved out of Florida and they came to visit I wouldn't have to either get them to buy a license or buy them one myself. It's like the gift that keeps on giving even after your not around.

Getting it for your children while they are young is a well thought out gift. I looked at getting myself one but it didn't work out from a payoff perspective.
