Carrabelle Boat Club slips

I have a handful of boat slips at the Carrabelle Boat club for sale at a
considerable discount from their original pricing. These slips are 30' long
x 10' wide x 10' tall. If you have an interest or know anyone that may have
an interest please let me know.
The slips are selling for $3,750 each and have quarterly dues of $459.
I also have one that is 40' long x 10' 9"tall x 10' wide priced at $7,500.
