9/11 St. Marks

Post by Rainman »

Checked the feed time on Saturday and it looked like the major feed for Sunday would be around 1 o'clock. Made plans accordingly and was able to get to the lighthouse and castnet some bait in the channel with ease around 11:30. I headed east to stoney bayou to hit a couple holes during the feed. I was awarded with a nice trout, one flounder, and about five keeper reds. I left around 2pm and had an easy ride back to the lighthouse. Great day on the water and I was glad to put some keepers in the boat. Bait was live pins and mullet on the bottom.

And how many of those keeper reds did you keep :D :D
I was picking up a few scallpos in the rock garden and it was a beautiful day. The ride from shell point was nice.
