NFGFC INSHORE CHAMPS!!!!
Congratulations to Jeff and Chuck, your NFGFC champions for 2011. Good job guys. .

WHEW What a day if i would have had a kite it would have been destroyted by the wind that was today. So I decided to use a cork and a gulp instead, and it worked out.
Well the morning started out with LOWWWW water and our first spot was a strike out but we went back to the spot where we caught em two weeks ago and they were still waiting on us. With my father in-law in tow me and Jeff would try to put on a good show and at 11:00 we did just that by catching back to back 19 1\2 inchers and a few minutes later I nailed a 24 incher to boot. So about a hour went by and we hit paydirt we caught 3 more that was 19 inches or better so at this point we feel purdy good about our chances. So I told Jeff and Floyd (father in-law) that we should look for a Redfish. As soon as th words came out Jeff hooks a behimth Red that was 26 and a half inches. So we think we are in purdy good shape for the weigh in. Not........................Gary Droze brought in a stringer with a flounder like i have not saw in years, I mean thsi flattie was over 5 pounds GOOD GOD WHAT A FLOUNDER. Great job Gary. But to make a long story short The BASS BOYS finally won a Chapionship after all these years. What a great season with a great fishing partner. And by the way Jeffro won the big trout of th season. Can't wait ti'll next season.

Good job guys.
My family and I have had a blast fishing the tournaments this year. We bought a small pop-up camper and have been following the tournaments around camping for the weekend. One day of fishing normally turns into 2 or more.
We've met some great folks at each campground - especially the Econfina. Looking forward to next years tournament trail.
I will have the details of the year-end get together at Bradfordville Blues Club posted as soon as I can get some costs together. Hope to see all of you there to help Jeff and Chuck celebrate their win.

Nice job Guys, congrats! Some really fine fish caught this year. I don't think in previous years I've seen one team win so many big fish side pots
In the end we will conserve only what we love. We will love only what we understand. And we will understand only what we are taught.

Just goes to show that looks don't mean anything!! "Good Judgement" comes from experience, ... and a lot of that..... results from "Bad Judgement".
