Dear Loony Bin Moderator,
Can we please have a un-edited,un-abridged,POLITICAL TOPIC on BBF.net?
Just 13 months is all we ask.
If no one dies from it we will ask for a few more months.
If someone does die from it we will ask for a OBITUARY TOPIC.

Steve, surely you get enough political crap on the boob tube. I agree with our Loony Bin Moderator  that this is a fishing forum and it needs to stay that way.
That's my $.02 worth on the topic and now I will get off the soap box to let someone else voice their opinion.

TD, I agree completely. It's one of the pleasant things about this forum (as compared with another I used to post on) and I hope it stays that way. Also, the prime focus here is on fishing, fishing related topics, boating, and all things coastal Florida. Again, something I find that suits me and my interests.

The arguing, name calling, juvenile behavior, and general junk that appears along with political "discussion" on the internet (and that other site) is best avoided, IMO, on a fishing web site.

Thanks, Tom, for this place.

EJ

A man cannot live by fish alone.
That is why I was hoping for another topic heading.
If you know what the topic is about beforehand you can decide whether or not to go there.

Don't Need it here (imo) Modern Day Political Disscussions have runined a lot of good relationships. People don't seem to know how to discuss an issue with out a flame thrower.
"Good Judgement" comes from experience, ... and a lot of that..... results from "Bad Judgement".

I agree with JT. We KNOW that most of the subscriber's on this site are sane people relatively and know the diff between regular BS and the current BS that is taking place in politics. If nothing else we can start bashing the Rebublican shinanigans until we get a candidate selected.

That should give the few other members something to smile about. After the Rep caucus is set then we can start the real down and out...
