Three day report...

I put 40 lbs of ice and twenty four Mountain Dews in the cooler Friday evening. Stayed outside the whole time, during the cookout, they threw some bottled water in the cooler. Checked it this morning, I would estimate that about half or more of the ice is still in it.

Good cooler, thinking about going back and getting two more.

Wally World has those Coleman Extreme coolers in the 70 Qt size for about $20. I filled my new one up with ice Friday, and all day Saturday, it was opened and closed by people at a birthday party. Today it still has alot of ice left. I think it will be a pretty good cooler for the money.

Ditto on that Coleman Extreme, I have it in two sizes and it rocks

It comes with a guarentee that it will keep stuff cold (under 40 degrees I think) if properly packed (there is some fine print) for about 5 90 degree days (I think)

Anyway, never had one like Chalk got but they sound great also, maybe I need to check one out ;-)

I love coolers, just went to the garage and counted 6 in 5 different sizes

A little off topic but I think of all the ways you can drink beer (draft, bottles, cans, plastic cups from a keg at a ballgame...) my favorite is an anlminum can out of an icy cooler. I think it tastes better if the cooler/can/ice combo has been in the back of a P/U truck also, stirs it around my hypothesis goes...
