Anybody Love Turtle Meat

Badly injured big snapping turtle outside our office on Thomaswood (off Thomasville just south of I-10). Thought he was dead and got out to move off road. Still alive but head hit /jaw broke so not going to make it. Threw him in ravine as having to run rushed errands. Hate to see anything go to waste but don't have time to clean it tonight. Somebody want it, please reply.
