Glad to hear I'm not the only one

Post by Dr. Jones »

Put my little jonboat in at the lighthouse late Sunday morning (2/29) and went up into the mouth of the East River. Rumor had it that the Reds were out into the mouth. Wherever they were, they weren't where I was. I worked all the oyster bars up into the river channel and was rewarded with a single baby ray at the end of my line. Nothing else. Was a bit windy but the sun was shining and it was a pleasant day. Got a good redneck tan and had veal for dinner.

Thanks Professor. These skunked reports are news to us and they are appreciated. Enjoyed yours. Veal after a pretty day on the water beats the heck out of just veal. :lick:
