Wind question
Got a wind question. I know that when the tides are working against the wind it can make things pretty sloppy out there. What do y'all think is the best wind to fish the Big Bend area, more specifically Turkey Pt.? Thanks for the input.
Re: Wind question
When the wind blows from the North the fish dont come forth, when the wind is from the East they bite the least, when from the South they open they"re mouth and when the wind is from the West they bite the Best!
Re: Wind question
The calmer the better for me... A light 2-5mph and I dont care where it comes from. Most of my spots its slightly better with a wind from the West and South

Re: Wind question
I like a wind from 5-10 mph. Wind disturbes the surface water and the fishing seems to do better plus it is cooling. Mostly like a south or west wind but any will do. Seems heavy overcast days or real early/late it isn't needed as much.
