It's so dry in Missouri, that the Baptists are starting to baptize by sprinkling, the Methodists are using wet-wipes, the Presbyterians are giving out rain-checks, and the Catholics are praying for the wine to turn back into water.
Now THAT's Dry!

Drought get'n Bad
Got some family in mid Missouri who are really battle'n the dry weather (Farmers). However, they still are able to find the humor... received this in an email this morning from my cousin:

"Good Judgement" comes from experience, ... and a lot of that..... results from "Bad Judgement".

Yep, the price of food is going to SOAR!!
It's good that they can still humor in the face of disaster

HAVE A FRIEND IN TEXAS , HE HAD PLOWED UNDER THE COTTON, HE SAID THAT IT NEVER GOT OVER 2 INCHES HIGH BEFORE IT STARTED WILTING. HE SAID THAT HE STILL OWED 1.5 MIL. ON THE 7 MIL FARM HE BOUGHT 15 YRS. AGO, SAID IT LOOKED LIKE HE WAS GOING TO LOOSE EVERYTHING SINCE THE BANK WILL NOT EXTEND THE LOAN.
