Quick Trout Trip- Panacea

Post by bman »

Had a Thursday closing moved to Friday but didn't find out till Thursday Morning.
My buddy Dave was visiting from Atlanata so we jumped in the truck and headed to the coast.
Weather looked great first thing...

But a storm blew us off the water for about an hour.
Then it cleared up and the fish started biting.... got our limits in 3-5 feet of water.
Topwater caught the biggest but gulp under a float did its job.
Dave with two of the best!

Cleaned them at the landing and wife cooked them up for dinner!

Some nice trout for a quickie trip. You didn't have to get towed in though, did you?

If you didn't get towed, did you fish from the Sea Tow boat? :D

To fish, or not to fish, . . . those are the answers.
