I hope your search goes well but I would stay away from the Ford diesels in that age range. I have had the 6.0, and the 6.4 and they stayed in the shop as much as they stayed on the road. Now these were work trucks so they were driven hard but the mechanics at Ford and I have become good freinds due to owning these trucks. I would look at Chevy or Dodge on the diesels and gas in the Ford if you want Ford. Just my .02 worth but I hate to see someone get one without knowing what they are in for.

If you decide what you want let me know - I can get you just about anything...did a quick search for F250 2005 - 2010 and not much was there only one truck - 2006 black with 42k 4x4...I can usually beat most dealers prices

Well I have never owned a dodge ford or Chevy. Always had a Toyota which is a great truck but from all the research I have read the duramax is the way to go. Seems to last much longer and the chevy has a better transmission. But that's just from reading lots of things might wanna research some yourself
