As JT suggested, I was lucky enough to talk about my plumbing issue with MarkM. It was a pretty simple fix, but it took someone who knew what they were doing to explain it to me. Mark followed up via BBF.NET, emails, and then gave me a ring this morning to make sure it was fixed. No doubt Mark is a stand up guy and his helpfulness was surely appreciated.
Mark: as stated today, if there is anything I can do for you, don't hesitate to give me a holler.
