Went today. Water was gin clear and cold. We thought maybe with the sun it would warm up the flats a little and we did not feel like drowning bait, so we worked some of the bars and mudflats. Not much joy. Managed one 21" trout and one 17" trout. Turned the big un loose and gave the little un away. I needed a break from duck hunting and we had fun. Got my daughter on the water with me, so that was a big bonus.

Thanks for the good report. Nothing better than fishing with family. Catching a few fish is a bonus.
