It was a nice weekend for quail hunting with an overnight low in the 30s. Ran into this guy about noon. Should have named my bird dog - Lucky.

Careful, there are some snake huggers on facebook that will come and get you. They got all over our man Heath about the Whigham roundup. 8-)

MAN, THAT IS UNUSUAL, MOST OF THE RATTLERS AROUND HERE STAY UNDERGROUND IN COLD WEATHER LIKE WE HAVE BEEN HAVING. GUESS I HAD BETTER KEEP AN EYE OUT IN THE FUTURE.

We had two weeks of very warm weather. It fooled the snakes and a lot of plants.
