Bull shark fishing Ochlockonee Bay

Post by mdranger »

Have any of you caught bull shark near the Panacea bridge or in the deep river channels of the river mouth? If so what bait are you using? According to NOAA nautical there is a deep channel right near the bridge boat ramp and dock further upriver. It is castable distance to the deepest channel from the surf. 8)

YEP!!!!! I have always done well with cut mullet. Used to hook them all the time off of the pier on Mashes Sands road. Good luck!

Fresh stingray wings are hard to beat. I've dropped them in waist deep water and had big bulls find the bait before I could even get back to the beach :o .
