Post by Rhettley »

Greta VanSustran will be doing a segment on the regulations killing the fishing industry tonight. Her show is on Fox News at 10pm. This is big time coverage of the situation!

Yea, but Mr. Burgess is also crying for federal disaster relief. Our government sucks and one to the reasons is those liberal yankees such as that guy who are looking for a hand out.
Its a wonderful day in the neighborhood!

I know, We could all turn in our fishing license, tackle, boats, guns, ammo, etc. you know like the ladies did in the sixties when they burned the bras. Then we could sit back and see what the powers that be in Washington would do then. :-D

I was a little disappointed they didn't really get into the facts of the issues and ignored the snapper/Gulf problem completely. To most folks it probably sounded like the fishermen had fished out the area and now were looking for government handouts. The piece was obliviously put together by someone with no real understanding of the issues.
