				Eating Carp?

				My father in law has been in Baghdad for the last few years.
We were talking about fishing and fish and he brought up this popular way of cooking Carp  
 
 
Said it was a common festive meal called Masgouf

				Way way back when I was in the Boy Scouts, we were camping at Ochlockonee River State Park, we cooked a couple whole slabs of ribs the exact same way....   
 
 
They were the best darn ribs I have ever had

I think I've read somewhere that they take those bad boys and soak them in their tubs for a few days before they prepare them......  think I'll pass!

				Just like an old time Monticello Mullet Roast.

				Barry, is the nature of your recipes something I can use to plug into my real estate activity barometer?  Seems as things get slow you go to eating throw away fish like lady fish, carp and ?????? who knows what's next.

Busy weekend and I wish I was fishing...
