How far out of the saint marks lighthouse do you have to run to catch kings? what time of the year is best for them? what about spanish?

Spanish are here now from the steak line out - lots of the nearshore reefs hold them.
DogIsland Reef, Ochlockonee shoals and StMarks Reef are all good places.
Kings are around the reefs as well
