I keep my boat at Storage Zone on SW Capital Circle by Capital Circle and Tennessee. I know that isnt very close to where you want, but they have covered parking and electricty and 24/7 access.

There is a Boat & Trailer storage area at the caution light at the bridge. It is on the left about 200 yards before you get on the bridge at Angelo's. I am sure the folks at the service station there can tell you who has it. It is fenced and locked. I had a buddy store his boat there for several years....

BUT, there are no covers, just outdoor storage.

LOL, I love google maps. I was able to zoom and get the sign, but the phone number did not show well enough to see.

I THINK the number is 850-984-5800. Try that... I tinkered with the google image and that was what I came up with for Coastal Rentals.
