Tampa Bay/Anna Maria Island

I am headed to tampa bay next week for a family vacation, we are going to stay on anna maria island does anyone know any tips or details for fishing the inshore waters around that area. We would like to target trout, redfish, and possibly a snook. I would also like to find some deep structure in the bay and catch some snapper/grouper.(if the waters arent too rough) I dont have an offshore boat. Thanks ahead for any info.
