Thanks Bman.....Flip has been a favorite of mine for many years. Too many now that I think about it. He has a way of conveying the beauty of the place, the wildlife, and the fishing that goes beyond just words. His Keys/Permit shows take me back to the years I was lucky enough to catch them out of my own skiff. Poling the flats off of Content Key with water was so clear it was like thin air. Permit coming up on the flat with the tide. 25 pound slabs of silver chain lightning with eyes like an Eagle. They are something special. :smt045

Maybe I love the "Flipster" cause he always let's them swim away to fight another day. (except the Groupers and Snappers.....those are for eating) :wink:
