St Marks 6/14

Post by fishing coach »

Got a little later start than I'm used today (had my 9 month old boy with me and the wife). Put in at Shell Island around 9:30 and headed out of the river and east. Blind casting around some structure and landed a nice very top of the slot red on a 6" gulp new penny jerk shad. Also a few trout around 18". Water temp eat around 85 and crystal clear east.

A storm had us hold up at the lighthouse pavilion for an hour or so and then headed back up the river. My boy was a trooper and waited out the storm like a champ.

Got a few good pics, how do I upload.
