Thanks for the heads up on this deal Steve! I am headed to meet him tonight to take a look at it. He wants me to bring cash and to come alone. I guess he doesn't want anyone seeing this awesome deal. It is also a little strange to meet in Havana at 1am but I guess he works nights.
