Keaton Fishing Report of 10-10-13

Post by SS-342 »

We did it!

Had my limit of trout with one over twenty caught about eleven with one good red, a Spanish Mac and don't know how many sand trout. Then I couldn't crank and had to call Sea Tow. Was about seven getting out!

Didn't try the Yum bait. Was too busy catching fish! The grass wasn't bad either.

Mostly caught with a Z Man pink shrimp but most everything caught some fish. All my new Chickenboy bait caught fish. Fished the cork and jigged off the bottom.

Water still colored but getting clearer.

Out around Dog Head.

Time to go fishing! They are biting!

-----------------

one Red 23.5 inches
one Spanish Mac
8 Speckled Trout (one over 20")
16 Sand Trout

High tide it was around 6 feet, low tide four feet.

Congrats. Sorry about the tow. I hope you easily overcome the problem and get back out there to provide some more great reports and have some fun.

Thanks for the report. Sorry about the boat trouble. What depths did you fish?
