Good news on Veteran's day

Post by reelbad »

Back on March 6th of this year I was asking for your prayers and wishes for my son in law SSG Jeff Harman and his battle buddies of the 3rd Infantry Division Fort Stewart Ga. upon his return from Afghanistan, He is due to walk through the trees and on to the parade field at Fort Stewart this Thursday evening the 14th. However, you all know how the military operates so this could be delayed by a day one way or the other. Walking through the trees is a tradition for the returning soldiers and is an awesome sight. All the families and friends are sitting in the grand stands on one side of the parade field and the soldiers depart the buses on the opposite side of the field and emerge from the rows of cedar trees planted along the edge. It is a sight to behold. (chills)
