Jumptrout Update

Post by One Keeper »

Just got off the phone with Steve, they finally moved him to a room and he seems to be feeling better . He's in room 3328 at TMH and can recieve visitors until 9:00 p.m. If you want to give him a call he said he would love to hear from ya'll. The # is 431-3328. Me and the wifes going to see him after work today, he said he need's help finding the nurse call button. Glad to hear his voice again.

Just got off the phone with JT. Good news is that he feels better, compared to last few months. Bad news is that he refuses to go wadefishing with me, no matter how good he feels. I'm hoping for the sweet spot, where he is fine to go fishing, but still cranky enough to make ornery forum posts. Perhaps thanks to the collective power of all the good wishes, that should happen soon.

I stopped by the hospital and checked in on Steve. He is in a lot better shape now than he was when we fished the tournament last Saturday. He had a lot of fluid in his lungs which they have drained. His breathing is back to normal and he is doing well. He hopes to be released in the morning.

Just talked to Steve and he's got his bags packed and waiting on Doc to come by and give him the green light. Everybody cross your fingers.

I guess the bidding on his spots was a little premature :-)

I left him about an hour ago. It's questionable at best that he would be discharged today. He's doing better but there are still some issues and unanswered questions that need to be worked on.
