Sea Tow or Boat U.S.

Post by sailcat »

I'm sure both of these companies are good, but I am interested in someone's input on which one should
I choose and why. I only fish the flats. Thanks for your help!

I agree with Jumptrout51.

However, is what I have and have used it twice with no problems. Don't know anything about Boat US.

I have Towboat. From what I've heard, in our area, they work together.

I have had SEATOW quite a few years now, haven't had to use them yet, knock on wood, but I like what I'm hearing about response when called!

Seatow. Won a year membership(Gold w/ trailor) back in February at Silverking's seminar. Used it mid-April and it paid for itself big time. Will renew next year and Capt Joel is very prompt, super nice guy too.

Boat U.S.never let us down, and we've used them quite a few times, fishing year round. Sometimes a little bit of a wait, as their guy is not always at his boat, and has to leave from Tallahassee when he gets the call, but they've always gotten to us, even in the rock garden. Lucas was close to having him on speed-dial.

great peace of mind, when you are, or are not on the trip (especially then!)

Capt. Joel Singletary/Sea Tow is professional, runs a very efficient operation and supports a lot of community events. SeaTow gets my vote.

Sea Tow.

Never needed them on the water, but had an axle issue last week coming home (I have the trailer policy).
Tow truck was there in 45 min.

Capt. Joel is always supportive of the angler efforts in this area.
