St Joe scallops

Anyone have any details on scallops in St Joe bay? Over here for a week and haven't found a scallop yet. Went all around Blacks Island and came up empty.

On the Eagle Harbor side they are way in close in the sandy areas with patchy grass by the thousands.

Where is Eagle Harbor? Near the State Park?
