There are a few around

Post by onefishtwofish »

Two weeks ago, we fished Lanark and saw quite a few reds. Put the bait in the right place and they would just ease on by, not remotely interested. What a difference 2 weeks make. My nephew was fighting an over size red and I heard him say TARPON as I listened to his drag sing. I spun back around to look at him thinking no way is that a tarpon. He saw one leap a couple hundred yards away as he was fighting his fish.

This one was 30" The picture does not do justice to how fat and healthy this fish was.
Ducks, turkeys, flats fishing. Who has time for golf?
