Monday 8/17 eve lake Jackson

Been wanting to take the Jon out after just redid her and put the new trolling motor on, and Monday after the rain seemed like the prefect time. Went out of Rhoden cove landing got on water bout 630 fished till bout 815, got 5, 4 1-2lbs and one around 6lb. Smaller ones came on res shad worm, big one on top waterImage

Now that is an awesome day on Lake Jackson Ken! I was out there 8/16 and managed just one bass (1.09 lbs) on a frog.
The hunt for the notorious green whale never ends.
