I've only lost 2 pairs of pliers this year. That's 2 less than last year. I looked at some XPLORER floating ones at Wally world today for 4 and change. May try some.

This post just reminded me something that I wanted to share with yall. Since I regularly sink a pair of pliers, I was at Walmart a while back and bought all 4 pair of the "stainless" fishing pliers that were on the rack. Well, apparently they're stainless until you get salt water on them. I have to scrape the rust when I get home and give them a good shot of aerokroil or pb blaster to get them working again before I go back out.

Wouldn't recommend them to anyone, but they look just like some of those in the West Marine pic.
I must fish.
