Fun day of fishing, but not a lot of fish.

Some of my in-laws came down this morning, so I didn't get on the water until around 9:00. We went out and caught a load of pinfish and headed south on flat water. Stopped at hole after hole and caught a short every now and then and a couple of keepers. Grouper bite was slow slow slow. I finally resorted to grunting to just have something to bring home.

Tried all kinds of cut bait, squid, and live pinfish. Nothing did any good on the grouper.

Seas kept building into the afternoon and made for a choppy and wet ride back to the hill.
I must fish.
