CCA Star tagged redfish caught at Steinhatchee 8/27

Unregistered angler catches a 19" STAR tagged redfish this evening in Dixie County, between Pepper Fish and Steinhatchee River. "What are the chances I catch a STAR tagged redfish" he says....well sir, 100%...100 blasted percent. FYI, the angler released the fish and is going home to register for STAR tonight. Now he says he's taking a week off of work to try and catch his tagged redfish again.
