merging satellite view with nav charts

merging satellite view with nav charts

I was inspired by the recent google satellite image posts, & was wondering how to add a layer with nav / depth charts.
There's a way to do it with google earth pro and importing NOAA's chart files -- here's a youtube how-to video link:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QtD7rMLcAUI

FInally, I also was able to do it with ARC-GIS on-line and create a direct link to the chart -- http://arcg.is/0Tyq5u.
