Has anyone looked for or found any clear water recently between st marks and east past ecofina. Want to look for the scallops but not drop kids in dirty water. Guessing it's tea most everywhere. Lanark was nasty last week. Hearing shell point is tea color.

From what I've been reading on here, about the only place anybody is finding any is down around Steinhatchee. Water must be clearer there.

Water visibility was 6-8" at Shell Point/Live Oak last Saturday. Waves were 3-4' so I did not go any further east. Had a buddy fish Ecofina yesterday and he said you will not be able to see scallops from the boat. Have to get in the water and look which can be a slow process.
