Saturday was about like thursday. Easy limit of red snapper in 110' and three grouper to 26" by 11 am, all on cut bait. Had banked on on getting some sardines at the "O" but they had divers down. Still nothing at the "S". The big storm kept pushing us out. It looked like we could have kept going south and stayed out of it, however, I was worried about our fuel since I hadn't filled up after the last trip :hammer: . We swung west and came back in behind it, but found more thunder and lightning heading our way. Decided to call it an early day. Got back to the hill and still had 1/3 tank, looked most of the weather had dissipated by then. Oh well, better safe than sorry. Anybody know how much longer they'll be working on the tower?
