Comes in a new Plano PVC case with nylon cover and handle. Will fit in airplane overhead bin. Perfect for a travel rod for bonefish, reds, snook and trout. Great fly rod back-up for windy days. Fast tip with medium power. Excellent craftsmanship, made in Texas. A 2500 or 3000 reel is the perfect match for this rod.
