Between duck hunts, the head honcho has been slammed with real estate sales and closings. Imagine even annoying Tap A Talk is towards the bottom of the totem pole of priorities.

I've noticed the popup again too. I clicked on the Tapatalk popup and then when it opens I close the app. Seems to block it from popping up for a while. Apparently there are enough members using it to keep it aggravating the rest of us :-D
