snook
Had the privilege of taking a good buddy fishing Saturday. We only fish together a couple times a year, so I was happy he was able to catch some fish. He managed some trout from the flats and a nice creek red. I managed the north Florida slam, including the baby snook below. Water was ~75 degrees and fish were active in creeks and on the flats.
In the end we will conserve only what we love. We will love only what we understand. And we will understand only what we are taught.

Man that looks like a great day! Taking my boss out Friday. I am really hoping that we can find a few reds.

Re: snook
Another good day, Brian. Glad to see that little snooker. Apparently the cold snap didn't get all those little guys. Enough springs and holes around to provide shelter and that one obviously didn't swim all the way up from Tampa Bay.

Re: snook
The one I caught in December was 18 inches. Some larger fish have been spotted. You need to get out there and feed 'em some recycled Coors Light so they'll grow. Ppppffffftttt.
