Yes.
Why not post it so it can be a future point of reference?

Your Favorite Stuffed Sheeps Head Recipe
Ingredients:
Sheeps Head Fillets
Your favorite fish dip ( I prefer a spicy crab dip)
Your favorite seasoning (I use a spicy cajun style seasoning)
Your favorite cheese ( I use mozzarella/provolone mix)
Doesn't get much easier than this:
take fillets laid flat sprinkled with your selected seasoning and spread your dip selected on to the fillets and sprinkle with cheese. Now just roll the fillets up. I add an extra scoop of dip on top of the rolls and sprinkle some extra cheese on top.
I cook this two ways: In the over around 400 degrees with some sautéed sliced squash, zucchini, and onion around the fish.
or on the grill with some smoke chips.
Cook until cheese is melted and fish is done. usually 20 minutes or so.
You can also do this with chicken and shrimp (than wrap in bacon)
