Rest In Peace, Rocket
Sad news to share this evening. Forum member Rocket lost his battle with cancer earlier today.
Know lots of forum members were friends with Rocket... and if you ever met him, almost impossible not to think of him as a friend as he was an all around good guy. Was still in his mid-40s when he lost his battle, and leaves behind a family who will feel the pain of his absence for years to come. For those so inclined, please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers. RIP, Rocket. You'll surely be sorely missed by many.

Heard the news at the ball field tonight - where he loved to spend time with his boys. Really hits home. RIP Rocket.

Did not know him. But am saddened by the news. May God watch over his family.

That is so sad, I didn't know Rocket but read some of his posts so I felt like I knew him. Praying for his family, I just lost my only brother to cancer so I can relate.

So sad to hear this. Only met him one time but we talked for a while and I could tell he was a good family oriented outdoorsman who loved his children. Prayers for the family

I did not know him but that is awfully young and sad.

I've known Noel since high school.... Very sad!! He was a great dad, and hell of a nice guy.

Link to Rocket's (Noel Nash) obituary.

Also share a few pictures to put a face with the name. Really speak to who Noel was... loved hunting, fishing, friends & family, and coaching kids in baseball. Again, just an all around good-guy.

Far too young to go.
We will pray for the family.

Sad to hear this. I bought his longtail Go Devil 10 years ago. Good motor, good guy.
