Lake Iamonia Information

Post by brunner2178 »

I plan on puttin in on Lake Iamonia Tuesday morning. Anyone been bass fishing there lately? I understand it's a very vege-ful lake. Has anyone had more success with any one lure in Iamonia?

I asked a man who fishes there a lot about the bass. He said something in chartruese was usually good. Said expect to get your feelings hurt, as they are tough to pattern. But said there is some good bass fishing in there now.
Heard some big specs were coming out of there too.

Can you give a rundown on speck fishing at Iamonia. East end or Weedy End? Open water or gator holes? Lure or minners?

Any info would be helpful. I have hunted the west end for ducks, but never fished there but once (nearly skunked.)

Also bream fishing info if ya got it... Thanks!
