Where to fish?

Morning Guys--My wife and I want to go down for a days fishing. Where do you suggest? Trout, reds, mackeral, just catch something besides catfish.

From the looks of the updated forcast, I would put in at Lanark

you will have some protection from the wind and waves "if the forcast is right" and if things turn out better than expected, you can catch most any fish you want between Lanark, Turkey Point and Dod Island

.... plus Dog Island gives you and your better half an opportunity to escape the 100 degree days by cooling off in the 80-90 degree water.

What wevens meant to say is that HE can catch most any fish HE wants, right there, as in The Bash weekend! And now, with his TLD reel he also won that weekend, he means ANY fish he wants!
